Giveaway and Competition Terms and Conditions

Giveaway

1. Only entries that follow the steps in the giveaway will be accepted.
2. Entries open to all Mainland UK Residents
3. Postage will be covered ONLY if the address is UK mainland and a conventional home or business address.
4. International, BFPO, PO Boxes, Freight Forwarding and Mail Handling firms will not be posted and will default to collection only.
5. ONE Entry per person
6. Multiple Entries via fake/alternative FB Profiles will be rejected
7. The draw will take place on the date specified in the giveaway post.
8. A Random number will be drawn based on the number of comments listed in chronological order, if this random number is linked to a valid profile, the prize will be awarded.
9. In the event of a fake profile or invalid entry (per rules above), the draw will be re-done
10. Admin members of the relevant group will be consulted as to the legitimacy of the profile.
11. Once checks are complete, the prize(s) will be sent by economy courier (in the case of palletised items, with tail-lift) within one week of completion of checks.
12. If there are any queries, please raise them on the facebook post so they are public.
13. While all items we give away are unused, NO WARRANTY is provided or implied. Servicing and repairs are at the sole cost of the new owner.
14. Garage Equipment Online Limited reserve the right to withdraw the giveaway at any time if basic entry numbers are insufficient.
